About Coach Taffi...

 

I began this season of my life in 2021 when I made a conscious decision to focus deeply on my health—mind, body, and soul—and commit fully to the work. Time has brought beautiful beginnings and necessary endings, shaping me into who I am today.

There were hills and valleys along the way, but I wouldn’t trade a single moment because of how much I’ve grown in God. My relationship with Him is intimate and personal, and I seek His wisdom in every step I take. I truly believe that living with a heart full of thanksgiving is the key to unlocking joy and peace in life.

As someone who thrives on connection and loves to uplift others, I’m passionate about walking alongside women as they navigate life’s twists and turns. I consider it an honor to support women as they rise into their internal wisdom with strength, grace, and joy.​
