Peace and Blessings! I’m Tiffany, also known as Coach T.
As a passionate daughter of the Most High, I am deeply honored to walk this sacred journey of transformation—not only for myself but also alongside other Queens who are ready to rise. My personal path began in 2015 and has continued to evolve into something far greater—something more intentional, more aligned, and more purpose-filled. Shedding 50 pounds has been a visible milestone, but the deeper transformation remains spiritual and mental. True wellness is not just physical—it is a divine integration of mind, body, and spirit.
Of course, transformation is not always pretty or easy...
This journey has been marked by trials—frustrations, setbacks, and lessons that at times felt like failures—but every step has been sacred. Each moment has served a purpose. And now, it is my mission to hold space for women who are ready to reclaim their power and walk boldly into all that God has called them to be.
At HeRemedy®, we guide women through what we call Shachar by HeRemedy®—Shachar meaning dawn or sunrise. It represents the beginning of your journey—not by jumping straight into herbs or practices, but by preparing your mindset, spirit, and heart to receive the fullness of what wellness has to offer. Without a clear mind, a grounded spirit, and the commitment to show up for yourself daily, even the most powerful herbs risk becoming just another routine. Shachar by HeRemedy® is the space where that beginning unfolds—with grace and intention.
