Reflecting on Chaos

🌿 Recall a time when you faced a little chaos. That wasn't a typo. Stop reading for a moment and think back to that moment. It could have been caused by unexpected weather, heavy traffic, or perhaps losing power during an important meeting.

As you remember, ask yourself: Were you able to maintain peace? Did you find freedom from internal and external disturbances?

Moments of Frustration

🌿 Consider the last time you felt frustration, especially when someone really tested your patience. What did you do? Did you internalize it? Vent to a friend? Drive off in anger? As you reflect, think about how you responded. Were you able to carry love and temperance despite their cantankerous behavior?

A Transparent Moment

Last week, I let a situation disturb my inner peace. When someone said what they said, my eyelids closed for about 20 seconds. My eyebrows raised, my head tilted down and slightly to the left, and my lips started moving non-stop.

We all slip up. But that doesn’t mean we should stay small.

Growth and the Fruit of the Spirit

When our fruit grows, it is the evidence of God at work within us. As we grow in love, peace, and self-control, our lives reflect His design. This transformation goes deep beneath the surface—changing our roots and the fruits we produce.

The fruit shows up in our character, relationships, words, and even in our food choices. It impacts our prayer and meditation time and influences all our moments.
