This course is designed to support women on their journey of transformation, helping you honor your true self, listen to your inner wisdom, and step confidently into the life God has for you. Throughout the course, we introduce practices and prompts across seven key areas we call the Honorings: HeR Temple – Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom and restore your energy. HeR Heart – Embrace your emotions as guides for healing, instead of pushing them aside. HeR Actions – Align your daily choices with your highest intentions, even amidst life’s demands. HeR Boundaries – Protect your energy, reclaim your space, and say “yes” to yourself. HeR Speech – Use your words as tools for empowerment, rather than self-silencing. HeR Cycle – Live in harmony with your natural rhythms and honor your body’s signals. HeR Gut – Support your digestion and overall wellness, because self-care starts from the inside. Shachar Rising – Integrate your learnings into lasting transformation and create a life that feels aligned. We also include gentle introductions to wellness practices, including herbs and other tools you may choose to explore — always leaving space for your personal choice and pace.
